Thursday Recap: Crockett Registers Shut Out, District Win

Crockett Football not only got their second district win of the season – they also pitched their first defensive shut out since October 24, 2013 (57-0 over the Vikings).

Can we take a quick moment to shout out senior quarterback Ryan Waugh, on winning Homecoming King tonight??

Ryan got the scoring started with a first quarter touchdown.  Y’all know iReporter Karisa Davila was on the scene.

Senior Waugh also got in the end zone for the Cougars 2nd score of the night.

Baca Family Dynasty in full effect as Nic gets into the end zone for the Cougars 4th TD of the evening.

It all added up to a 57-0 win and the Cougars playoff hopes alive heading into Week Ten

The Cougars close out the season @ Reagan (Nov. 3rd) and v. LBJ (Nov. 10th).  Meanwhile, Lanier closes out vs. Mccallum (November 3rd) and against Leander-based new Glenn High (November 10th).
